The experience is two fold: First, my designer Meridith, was personable, listened to our needs, had helpful suggestions and took her time explaining answers to my questions. Second, your installers were first rate! I expected lots of noise, dust & dirt. My installers were on time, quiet, cleaned up & very professional. My drill holes were not in the correct requested place, but one call to Meridith, and that was fixed on the spot by your installers I was impressed! I’m a very happy closet owner! Getting another organized shortly.

The in home consultation went very smoothly and in a timely manner. The ability to change the layout of the cupboard was easily done. Instillation was done very well and the finished product looks amazing.

From the moment we walked in to the showroom and were warmly greeted, the whole experience was a delight.  We were shown our choices of finish at the store and then were able to make an appointment for an in home design quote on exactly the day we wanted.  We are very pleased with the final product and the excellent service we received from everyone we came in contact with.
